Oggi è trapelata la notizia dala rivista Star Magazine, Sarah è al quinto mese di gravidanza e che sarà una bambina!

Sembra che Sarah sia molto eccitata all'idea e che stia preparando una nursery nell' appartemento newyorkese a TriBeca, sarà una camera sofisticata, niente di frivolo e principesco.

Expectant celebrity parents, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr., will be having a baby girl. Star Magazine, which is the first to bring the matter to public’s notice, reports the actress has been overheard excitedly talking about her unborn daughter on the New York City set of her new TV series "The Wonderful Maladys."

"She’s been letting little details slip here and there," a source who happens to be on the set testifies. Besides, Star Magazine also reports that gossips are claiming the pregnant actress has "been spending her free time planning the nursery" in the TriBeca apartment she shares with Freddie. Furthermore, it is said "Sarah wants the room to look sophisticated, so nothing too frilly or princessy. She’s been shopping for earth tones to mix with plum or magenta accents."

No evidence has been provided to support the baby’s sex claim though. In the meantime, there is still no denial nor confirmation from both Sarah and Freddie.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. first met during the filming of the 1997 teen horror film "I Know What You Did Last Summer." However, it was not until three years later that they began dating. They were engaged in April 2001 and married in Mexico on September 1, 2002. News of them expecting their first baby was exposed by the media early last month.

Early review of The Wonderful Maladys (HBO)

After Mischa Barton, it’s SMG’s time to make her comeback and I am going to start right away with the punchline, this is the best thing I read in a long time.

The Maladys are a fucked-up family that lost everything before the game had even started when both their parents died as they were young, leaving them with nothing. Alice, played by Sarah Michelle Gellar found refuge into alcohol and aggressiveness. Mary, played by Molly Parker from Swingtown, found refuge into her work as a therapist even though not being able to follow advices she gives to her clients. The last one, Neil found refuge into, well, weirdness.

I’ve always been a fan of dramedy, even the not so good ones (I won’t tattle) and it’s why I was delighted by The Wondeful Maladys script. Some scenes (see at the end), literally made me laugh out loud, and it wasn’t the dumb funny that I sometimes laugh at, it was the smart and edgy funny that you can’t find these days on TV (you can look, you won’t find). The thing that had me worried was how they were going to deal with the death thing and I was once again really surprised at how good they were. Some scenes simply were heart-breaking, and the way it made move the storyline was amazing. I just wish everyone could read how brilliant this is and shed at a tear at the Maladys.

It was also amazing to discover the characters, especially Alice (SMG), her obvious issues and her self-hate that you really only discover a few pages before the end in a sex scene (SMG fans sure aren’t going to miss it) that was terribly hard to read and yet so fantastic. Mary, the oldest sister and the only one that looks a bit sane (she only looks that way) is married to a not so nice person and confronted to dilemmas such as : "if my husband asked me to buy me lesbian porn but without any black girls, does that make him racist ? ". Next comes Neil, that tells during a family therapy session one of the dirtiest story ever told also sounds fascinating, but the pilot doesn’t center much on his story. When all your characters are screw-ups, it becomes too easy to be shallow but TWM focuses on what made them who they are, their personalities, their deepest fears and much more and when you think about it, that’s what’s interesting about them.

I still don’t really know what The Wonderful Maladys is about, maybe about making their lives better, but honestly, I couldn’t care less about what that show is about because it’s still one of the best writing I’ve read in years and I’m going to watch it anyway.

Cast includes Nate Corddry as Neil Malady, Sarah Michelle Gellar as Alice Malady, Zak Orth as Charles (Mary’s husband), Molly Parker as Mary Malady, Adam Scott as Doug (Alice’s ex).

I’m not really allowed to do that, but here is a dialogue from the pilot.

SARAH & FREDDIE ARE EXPECTING A BABY! A RUMOR OR NOT?

Oggi la notizia sta facendo il giro di tutto il Buffyverse, una persona molto stretta alla coppia ha dichiarato alla rivista americana PEOPLE che Sarah e Freddie stanno aspettando il loro primo figlio, proprio così la nostra Sarah è incinta.

Non sappiamo ancora se è vero perchè non ha ancora confermato lei stessa.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are expecting their first child together, a source close to the couple confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. "They're very excited," says the source, adding that the actress, 31, is due in the fall.

Gellar, who has been married to Prinze, 33, for six years, will next shoot the HBO pilot The Wonderful Maladays, for which she serves as an executive producer. Prinze recently shot the comedy pilot No Heroics for ABC.

The news isn't yet confirmed.

Secondo ShowBiz sembra che Sarah abbia accennato ad una ripresa del suo ruolo di Buffy per un film.
E' dal 2003 che Sarah non ha più accennato a questo fatto e ora sembra che ci possa essere un ritorno sul grande schermo, uno stretto collaboratore ha detto che ci c'è già un'idea circa la storia di una Buffy più grande e addirittura madre!

Sarah Michelle Gellar is reportedly in talks to reprise her role as Buffy the Vampire Slayer - for a movie.

The 31-year-old actress ended her role as Buffy in 2003 after a six-year run.

Now the feisty character could be making a return on the big screen.

An insider says, "There is an idea for a script and to pick the story up with Buffy older and maybe even a mother.

"Michelle is busy with movie projects at the moment but she is excited about the idea. Buffy still has a huge fan-base so this is a movie that already has an audience.

"Michelle is a shrewd businesswoman so the chances are this will happen at some point."

Actress and CARE Ambassador Sarah Michelle Gellar will attend the West Coast exclusive broadcast of A POWERFUL NOISE Live, a one-night event in honor of International Women's Day. The documentary "A Powerful Noise," executive produced by Sheila C. Johnson, will be broadcast earlier in the evening of March 5 in New York City where it will be followed by a town hall discussion featuring Natalie Portman, Madeleine K. Albright, Christy Turlington Burns, Dr. Helene Gayle and Nicholas Kristof. The documentary and town hall will be broadcast into more than 450 theatres nationwide.
